This is due to the reason that the production preparation costs are necessary both for 1 pc and for 100 pcs. In case of large batch orders, the production preparation cost is “spread” over a total batch of products.
The simplest example: when you go shopping, the time spent for the way there is the same – it doesn’t matter whether you buy a loaf of bread or a large package of various delicacies.
We’ve already lived through all that. As a rule, a customer gets lost after receiving 5 pcs as in fact, these were 5 pcs the company needed.
In general, there are engineering designs, drawings, sketches, and we are responsible for the execution of a part in compliance with the agreed document. We do exactly the same the paper stipulates for. Our favourite request is the customer’s inquiry “We want to try”. After that we want to reply: “Would like to taste it or what do you mean?”, “Would you like any drink for this?” or “What exactly do you want to try?”.
It is not easier at all. The cost of engineering design development and a further manufacture of a single part is significantly higher than one of a whole assembly the customer needs because…Now we want YOU to think – why? The answer is simple: a single part manufacture will never be compared with a batch production in terms of costs.
On average, the time for the request processing is 2-3 days. There are some requests which we can process and reply within 2 hours while there are also cases when we need more than a month: in case of some complex technical specifications elaboration requiring a great involvement of the design and engineering departments, coordination of various issues, etc.

Yes, we can develop an engineering design and manufacture the required products. However, it will be more expensive comparing with the original manufacturer’s price as it is a one-of-a-kind item while your supplier apparently has a batch production of this product. We strongly and kindly recommend you to address your supplier first. Only in case your supplier “ceased to exist” and you understand that this is not “just a supply” we start to work on your request.
Of course, it is possible and moreover, even necessary! But we show our production assets only to those who places the order for 1 million rubles and more. We ask for your consideration on this issue: previously we showed our facility to every company, sometimes several times per day. Now it is difficult to say how many rival companies and those who just wasted our time visited our plant. We save not only your time but also ours.
Any conditions depending on the customer. Reliable and long-term partner relationships allow for the start of product manufacture immediately after the phone call while the settlement is conducted after shipping. As for the new contractors (it doesn’t matter whether it is a customer or a supplier), we cooperate on equal terms – advance payment 50%.
