To define a precise cost of die/press mould, we need press mould/die drawings or the drawings for a particular item and a technical design specification specifying the characteristics of equipment for which the press mould/die is designed and a planned production rate.
When we make the item in compliance with the customer’s drawings, we warrant the correspondence of the product to the drawing requirements. As a rule, any deviations from the requirements are discussed in advance. We do not provide a warranty as we don’t know the operating conditions of the part your order. When making an item designed and manufactured by BTOMO, LLC, we warrant the product hardness, at least, in compliance with the technical design specification where the operating capacity terms are stipulated for and of course, in compliance with the existing Russian standards.

For all the orders our facilities do not manage to perform/have no special equipment, etc. we involve the request “for the third party” which is absolutely normal under modern conditions, providing the full responsibility for the results.
