FAQ

We need parts/assemblies but we have foreign equipment drawings (German, Italian, Czech, etc.), no Russian words, do you work with such drawings? Can you manufacture parts/assemblies using such drawings?
answer »

Yeas, it is possible (in very rare cases – not in every instance) but we need to understand what is it, where is it operated, under what conditions, etc. We can select Russian equivalent material, component grades and elaborate the issue preparing necessary documents and manufacture an interchangeable prototype of an assembly/part.

Have your items been ever rejected?
answer »

Yes, several times. But our company is responsible for the fulfillment of its obligations and the issue of correction is always resolved for the customer’s benefit. Besides, each case of deviation from design documents is investigated, the reasons are specified and necessary measures including the system ones are taken. Not all specialists are able to perceive adequately that they need to make part in strict compliance with the drawing—“I made it smaller only by three hundredths!”. Usually such “specialists” don’t work for a long time in our company. Actually, they don’t work for a long time anywhere.

The simplest example: haven’t your items ever been rejected? We come to learn from you!

Have you ever failed to meet a deadline?
answer »

Yes, we have. The solution is similar to the previous one.

The simplest example: we recommend to send any necessary requests to the suppliers in advance having a cushion of time. This will provide for significant advantages at a competitive non-monopolistic market. Actually, it is a very bad habit to do something at the eleventh hour. Making everything in advance is a very valuable trait.

Thank you for cooperation! We are coming to you to congratulate on the holiday. What should we present to Director/Department Head, etc.?
answer »

Whisky, brandy, rum, etc. are not stored — of course, our Director is polite and will pretend to be glad, but he will give them away for parts washing/degreasing or even throw away otherwise. In fact, degreasing and washing are the best applications for various “cognacs”.

At our company we keep the “Leader Library”. Tastes differ, we know, but…If you have any favourite book that positively influenced you or helped to resolve any issue: operating, family or general one, and you can say this a Book from a big “B”, then we are happy to receive it as a gift.

In return, we always present fascinating and interesting literature on the company development, HR management, business negotiations, health, history and modern politics, etc. You’re always welcome!

The simplest example: the best gift is a book. Some smart book. It is a memorable gift.
