We are bathing in an ice hole

If you come to us for a business trip at winter, you will have no choice – we will go bathing:-) 

Do you think that we bath in an ice hole only on Epiphany? We bath in it almost every day during the lunchtime – it is only 10 minutes of driving from our office! And we do it for many years: our health is great, our mood is excellent. The summer water body is even closer – 4-5 minutes and we bath in summer too, but not so often as it is more fun in winter. Or, perhaps, because we have turned into penguins and hide ourselves in cool conditioned offices in summer. 

If you have been employed by us and want to stay at your job, don't argue, go bathing! Every company has its own ways to decide upon the end of the trial period:-)
