Everyday activities
f course, our everyday activities consist of the fulfillment of our direct functions. However, it is important to work sensibly which is reflected by the labour efficiency.
For example, our everyday routine is quite varied as most employees of our company take short business trips lasting for 2-3 days on average. If you go to the town N of the province M or to the Faraway Kingdom beyond the Seven Seas, we recommend to plan the working tasks to finish them on Friday therefore leaving the weekend for local sightseeing such as the space airfield “White Dwarf”, Madame Tussaud's Wax Museum or any other place you’d like to visit. The only point is to remember to come to your workplace in time having one cake and eating it too - to complete the work and visit the city *.
One more option to the activity change is to attend workshops, conferences and advance training sessions. As a rule, they are conducted during work hours. We always ready to let our employees attend training classes as it is useful not only for a single employee but also for a company. We are interested in keeping the professional qualities of our employees on a high and competitive level and continuously grow. In addition, attending such events is a great way to get new business and personal contacts.
When one comes to our company, it is hardly ever possible to miss a leader library containing useful books for smart reading. This library helps newcomers in the introduction into the job specific features while new and experienced leaders will find a great support in their mastering and increasing “brain muscles”.
* - for example, in June 2016 two of our employees visited one of the facilities in the Arkhangelsk Region. They scheduled Thursday and Friday for work issues resolving while on Saturday, Sunday and Monday (holiday – Russia Day) the guys rented a car and went for excursion over the Region as well as practiced underwater hunting – they were full of impressions to share with us. Well organized!
At the trip to Moscow where most of our employees fly or have a transit through one can spend virtually infinite number of weekends visiting the Moscow Kremlin and Red Square, the Museum of the Great Patriotic War, the Aviation Museum in Monino, parks, squares, VDNKh, Vorobyovy Gory, Lomonosov Moscow State University, the Tretyakov Gallery, the Bolshoi Theatre, well, indeed, everybody has its own tastes and interests
